Selling copy!

Some dude at estate agents Haart, of 'Haart... is where your home is' 'fame', clearly thinks it is a good idea to enliven the property descriptions in my local paper with a soupcon of 'wit'. At least I think that's what it's supposed to be.

Or possibly OF the art?

Only to someone who previously lived in a hole.

Nope, sorry. What?

Aha! Plain English. Welcome, do come in. We have missed you.

With so many bad puns...i wonder why they left out the all the classic - Real. Estate.

I'm not sure what's more boring - the tacky lines or the pics of the properties.

The houses all look the bloody same. Why oh why don't they get some interior photos.

The ads would look much better and, chances are, they probably wouldn't need the crappy headlines anymore.

The condensed typeface and too many words combine nicely to create a very cramped impression of, surely, a most spacious home.

I think you can have moderate success by copying something else, but if you really want to knock it out of the park, you have to do something different and take chances. See the link below for more info.
